One of these days my business will do well enough where I'll need a "fileserver" with a couple Shanghi 8384's or something

    Tax write-off anyone?

I don't think I can get this 4core race by the end of the week the way things are going, but I'm dam sure gonna try. You guys and busting me up so far.

On the 2 core race, I might just catch up without Oc'ing that extra 400 mhz I held in reserve..

only time, power, heat, and Oc'ing will tell.

    race on.
If you can't make it ... Don't come!

I saw that V-raptor. Bizarre coincidence, or stats flaw? I think stats flaw due to similar happenings in other charts. Somethings not very right.

Sorry V-raptor... but I believe he already did.

You guys having the exact same points is indeed a coincidence, but happens easily because the WUs are awarded fixed credits. Mitchell was running fast and furious behind you today, and I took the snapshot exactly when he was standing side-by-side with you.
Little after that screenshot was taken he was already waving bye-bye and leaving in the mid of a huge smoke and dust cloud.

You guys can see the performance differences in the 2nd chart, average credits per hour per core. Mitchell is breaking the speed record at over 50 credits/hour/core, which means over 200 credits/hour for his i7.

During the past race I noticed a number of factors on rosetta that increased one's credits. For example, linux hosts seemed to have bigger claim vs grant credits ratios, which means they got more credits per WU than windows hosts in similar conditions.
Gamer also pointed out that longer WUs seemed to give less credits than shorter ones. That one is odd but only the project admins could answer why. And I think 64bit hosts also were better than 32bit ones.

There is a number of factors that can influence these races, so the best thing is to do a number of races in different projects to get the most varied conditions for everyone.
