i'm pretty upset it was as useless as it was. i've never head issues with an AMD/Intel fan ever before (altho the only other Intel i've had (at least since my P2-333) was an E4400 that i put a Q6600's HSF on)


edit: at least i THINK it was the HSF. i don't recall it being quite as flat seeming as the AMD's heat spreader, but then again i only saw it for ~90 seconds til i slapped AS Ceramique on it and put the fan on

Boinc sometimes doesn't report the finished WUs right away, so remember to flush any finished work that you may have there before Saturday, 23:59:59 (UTC).

And Sunday at noon (UTC) starts the cache reload time for Race 3, on Genetic Life.

uhm .. hmm.. i wish i knew what was going on at home... work > VNC > RDP... forcing an update to POEM doesn't seem to be submitting these units:

Sorry for the delay guys, I was out most of the day today.

But I've just uploaded the results! Congrats to the winners:
- plonk on the 4-cores
- mitchell on the 2-cores
- Ramjet on the 1-core

And there's not a minute to lose, as Race 3 is already in cache loading time. GO! GO! GO!
