soz, guest was me but i hadnt logged in , it ususally remembers me but i guess it forgot.

That used to happen to me alot. Then I started using Firefox and that stopped. The only way that happens is if you clear out your temp internet files and cookies.

yep, usually on a friday night i run AVG, ad-aware, spybot and a reg program. then nothinig remembers me - only the pages that store my details on their server space not on im own files.

I never run that stuff.... I probably should.... God only knows what I have lingering on my pc's.......

since last week i had 5 trojans on my HD when i ran AVG this time. it is worth doing, if you get something big off it then your performance can increase especially if they are claiming cpu cycles and wasting memory usage.

Is there any freeware/shareware programs the will detect spyware??

Or at least scan your HD for garbage....
