Oh my God... those specs were just ridiculous... 470W? heating like if there was no tomorrow? I hope that is just rumours and Nvidia did better than that.

That's not progress really, more like a step backwards. Then add to that the crippled double precision in the non-professional gpu's. I'm not standing in line for any of the 490's.
