    Nvidia in the Hot Seat once Again

    I read this article and wondered why I like ATI so much.

    I especially liked when it said at the end of the second paragraph "The ITC then ordered all imports of NVIDIA chips banned." Oops





    Challenge me, or correct me, but don't ask me to die quietly.

    The ruling will now be subject to review by President Obama, who has the power to make changes to the ruling.
    What does the President have to do with Nvidia's mess, or even with patent related lawsuits? I don't mean to say that the President can't make a good ruling, but an electronics engineer would be more qualified and have a better specific knowledge to examine that particular case...
