You must mean the dark red glow of the chip on one of the photographs ! tpd of 130 Watt....
Me myself I am waiting for the first 8-core AM3+ Bulldozer chip, the FX-8110, with a tpd of only 95 Watt (to be followed by 12-core AM3+ chips?)

I bet that CPU would do well as a heater in the cold winter nights... but I don't need one, as my AMD's already keep me nice and warm.

Your right Dirk, I would much prefer to run an AMD then an Intel, but some people just like the fact the speed of the CPU is much higher then others out on the market right now, I do like the glow of the chip though!
