It's funny... our team members credit summed up goes beyond 40,000+ credits.

On that same team page where it lists our members, it says up there "Total credit 21,441.74 "

And on the top20 tables we got 19,326.15 credits...


Someone's having trouble keeping the stats tables in sync...

I can only show what is retrieved from the website. I take my stats at lunch time GMT. The extremlab individual numbers were still old at that time.

I waited until 7pm till I got some new ones.

Some of these newer boinc stats are crap. The numbers don't add up. Infrequent updates. Complete boll**ks.

Still, I'll present what I find. Bok must have the same issues. I looked at some of his new stats today. The numbers for him don't add up either.

Validator isn't working for XtremLab, so stats aren't going to move. When you say the results aren't adding up, what do you mean? How so?

I assume that this is the same thing we observed, 72CJ5.

The team-page stats <> the Top Team stats <> sum of Top Participant stats (per team).

The project have automated their validation of WUs but have not automated the refresh of the stats pages from their database. It looks much like each of the pages is being independently refreshed at different times.

However, I note that there is some missing data. Example is JavaPersona. according to his membership he is in TKWSN, but their team is not even listed in the Top Teams page where it should be. The Xtrem Lab stats are quite wrong at the moment.

Also, individual results sorted by Total points are different when sorted by Recent Credit Average. Affects Team scores as well.

What I noticed too was that when I moved to AMD_Users from Boinc Synergy on my Spud/amd_72cj5 account was that there were 4,000+ points accumulated after I left BS that did not show up on the AMD-U team's count, and apparently were still counted under the BS score.

But as you say, it's hard to tell really as the XtremLab stats are quite out of whack. I too have posted in the project message area, but other than other project participants replying, nothing has come of it.

I realize that the project is in beta stage, however one would expect a comment or two from someone actively engaged in the project management/programming team regarding some acknowledgement of stats problem areas.

Crunching with "one eyebrow raised" huh? And that was some time back. By now they both ought to be raised! LOL

So what do you intend to do here AMDave? ie keep crunching full speed, or keep crunching on reduced or significantly reduced effort, or halt crunching and see what happens with the stats stuff.

Another issue that concerns me was the comment in that thread you posted on XtremLab's message system, regarding the extra awarding of 2 points????

Sorta makes one think that things are in a highly questionable state...... I'm not overly thrilled about that after being somewhere in the neighborhood of 38,000 points now on the amd_72cj5 account and the stats thing is in an unknown state.

I'm sorta thinking really that maybe it's time to shift over to sztaki for instance. ???

The Rosetta web page changed and I didn't notice. :oops:
