just wondering in the stats a slight problem with TKC. we have become rank 70, in the target column it stats rank sub 70, shall we count the rank 70 as passing the target - so we meet it today -- or sub meaning below we have to be at least 69 ?

Technically, sub 70 is when we achieve target. At least we know we will get the target.

so shall i always count it as 1 under, so we will have to be 69 for sub 70, 99 for sub 100 etc.
