And no, i havent had a problem with 4.54 staying in resident memory like that, then again, i have the habbit of telling it to suspend then i tell it to exit, try that and see if it makes a difference for you.

Is there such thing as a Boinc client that works well.... I'll have to see that with my own eyes......

Well I gave up on 4.54/4.55. I didn't like fact even if I suspended and exited program, there kept being some file ...intelx86.exe running at 100% in task. I am sure it is Bionic, but i want better control than that and atleast call bionic.exe, lol.
