    Power Supply failed...

All my AMD's have Antec pwer supplies of 350 or 400 watts and I haven't ever had a problem. I swapped out one of my PIII motherboards the other day with an XP1900+ and within 4 hours the machine was off. I got testing things and found out that the power supply had a blown fuse. It was an Nspire 250 watt. From what I have read the XP 1900 with one HD and a CD-ROM should not have needed that big of a power supply.
