Sob has a little windows where we can see what happens. On this window if you click on config you can chose priority settings. Standard is IDLE. I have klick on NORMAL. What is the best settings? and, nou I is a member in AMD Users

Doesn't make a huge difference, IDLE is the setting I use as the others tend to make my PC less responsive.

yep depends how you are using your machine. It just affects the way the CPU cycles are divided up, if idle then as anything else requests the CPU it will allow that priority. Low is similar but takes more and normal gives it the same priority as most other tasks. THis can also be changed in task manager, under processes right click and you can manually change anythings priority settings.
Overnight i tend to leave mine on normal so SOB can take all the CPU however now i put it back to low while i am using the machine.
