Workunits for March upcoming
The workunits for the about 485.000 new protein sequences (for the March release of SIMAP) will be available from Wed, Feb 29 (evening). We estimate that the batch for March will need about one..two weeks of work. To allow a smooth distribution of the results to all hosts, the maximum number of results in progress will be continuously increased from 2 to 50 per core.Best,Thomas
