WhatPulse: Where's the Linux client?
I couldn't find a linux client, so I booted up an old Win98 machine to run the Win client. There's nothing I do on that machine so it'll get maybe 10 keystrokes now and then.
Well, at least for a silly sense of completeness, I'm up & running on that thing.

Whoops, I forgot to log in. That was me asking about the linux client.

On their website there's a "WhatPulse-Linux-Not-working 1.0", which might indicate that it's no good for now. Maybe sometime later they correct it...
On the other hand, I don't know why would they post a non working client. Maybe it does work for some people, depending on kind of linux and other stuff like that?
One would have to try it to see, I guess...

I have downloaded it for a look see.

This might be a repeat. I thought I posted a message, but I lost it.
I overlooked the linux client because it looked like a title of a forum message. I'm trying it now, and they're right -- it doesn't work. It seems to count keys, but after I type a sentence and try to pulse, it says:
--- Checking if WhatPulseLinux is running...Good.
--- Sending pulse to server for 80 keys. Please wait...
Error sending pulse to WhatPULSE Server: Odd error with the WhatPulse
server. Please try again later.
--- Pulse unsuccessful!
Then it dies and leaves over 20 child processes running, which have something to do with sockets & relocated html messages.
