I didn't know about it but I wouldn't be surprised... there are so many companies outsourcing stuff from each others these days.
As far as I have read on different reviews Seasonic makes really good quality power supplies, this is my first Seasonic so I am keeping an eye on it to see if it lives up to the expectations.
