Which room is the computer room? Make sure the builders install LOTS of power points, maybe put it on its own circuit so you can always expand the farm.

The only problem is that in the office there's no phone jacks. So were going to have to have some dropped in after we move. But other than that it's really exciting and I can't wait to get out of this damn apartment.

Have them run Cat5 and install network plugs sametime they put in the phonejacks. You may not need now but it will be inplace when you need them. You can save money not having them back.
Then again there is wireless......

We haven't decided which room will be the office.... Until we can get phone jacks dropped in i'll have to run a long phone cord into the living room. That should look really classy...
