Whith a power draw like the HD 7990 or HD 6990 it really pays (pun intended) to have your own solar cells supply you the needed energy...
But it only needs to run a few hours a day to bring big credits for whatever project the HD 7990 can be used for.

If I add a couple of those to what I already run I might be able to brown out Barkley Dam at last. But then Kentucky Dam would just kick in.

You don't need more watt-eaters: you just passed me in a giant 2million credit step! (helped a tiny bit by the fact that my new HD 7790 would not crunch under Linux, it will now go in my A8-3820 Win8 box.
Have to re-install the FGLRX drivers in the Trinity machine anyway, the combination A10-5700 plus HD 7790 would not crunch at all! Hope the HD 7750 will do better with the A10...the A10's CPU part runs quite good).

P.S. Terry: Your Collatz and Enigma scores appear under a different Cross Project Identifier: c6135e78bda90377e8fad72d726607aa at FreeDC all of a sudden.

Collatz is still on the stats above but no Enigma. Oh well I have points scattered all over so no big deal, just points.
