Tech PowerUp have just published what I think is a very comprehensive 31 page review and comparison.
It is worth looking at very closely.
For gamers, it will depend on which games you prefer and what resolution you like to play at.
The card has some FPS performance issues with some games (the first few in the review).
Given it's excellent performance at the highest resolutions this may be more to do with the graphics optimizations available in those games than the card.
However, I was disappointed at the end with the performance per watt, noise comparison and performance per dollar comparison.
The low noise volume was touted on the AMD page, but this is not playing out in the tests.
(looking at the comparisons though I am very pleased with my HD7770 purchases. Thanks to Jason for the nudge in that direction)
But the outright performance comparison speaks volumes.
The price point seems to make sense for a 'limited edition', otherwise I'm puzzled.
You should draw your own conclusions.
