In the world of milestone goals, BOKs is an achievable target that everyone can have a go at within a reasonable time.
Just repeat for the next project, and the next, and the next.
I can't explain just how much planning, precision and patience it takes to do this.
JayPi found this out recently as a couple of his projects slipped just out of the range and his numbers fell again putting me back into 2nd place.
He'll come back at me soon I am sure.
