system wrecker Final Fantasy XV benchmark out today! ~3.5GB RAM usage @ 720p normal settings and as high as 90%+ CPU on an i7-860; 9.5GB+ RAM @ 1080p HQ

note: graphics aren't as smooth as they could be... screencapper (nvidia Ansel seems to be removing some pretty post processing)

    Nice Plonk420

Challenge me, or correct me, but don't ask me to die quietly.

That's some beautiful imagery Plonk420! I guess a system wrecker of a game like that might be too much to be played on 4K resolutions yet?

And now being 20+ years later, with Windows 10, it still runs! I love Final Reality!

that's to be seen, but i think it needs a 1080 or 1080Ti for 4K Highest Quality (and it doesn't support SLI and probably CFX). as for AMD specs, it's anyone's guess as it's an Nvidia Gameworks game.

sadly, had to get rid of my R9 290 for rent, so i can't tell how well it would have done. runs quite nicely on a 1060 3GB, but an i7-860 isn't enough for the engine (there are hitches in the gameplay every few seconds)

new FF14 benchmark for an expansion that comes out July 2nd: https://videocardz.com/newz/final-fa...-now-available

also, anyone have an AM5 yet? really liking it for the few hard to emulate games on RPCS3 that are better with AVX512... scored a 7900X for $356 last july

do NOT attempt to pull a Buildzoid (and his A520 experiments) and run it on an A620. only way it'll run without throttling is with a desk/box fan blowing into the case. about the cheapest you can go is a B650M HDV/M.2. tho i haven't watched reviews of boards newer than 1H23, which Hardware Unboxed just reviewed a bunch of. thankfully, i scored a B650 Aero G for $160 instead of its usual $270
