Hi Terry, glad to meet you!!![]()
Hey all, thought I would say hi!
my name on the Grid program (if that shows) is Waldo36
Just to let you know, since i see peeps asking
i just purchased a new gaming rig (still young enough to have fun, right?)
it's a AMD 64 FX-55, with an Asus A8n-SLI Deluxe mobo, and 1 gig of ram currently (going to be upgraded)... thought i would use those spare cycles to help people out tho...
used to be part of SETI@Home and decided to check what else is out there this time, and decided my new comp would run this instead... =p
Welcome Terry and Bryancs.
An AMD or 12 + 1 is always welcome.
Nice rig. Welcome to the team. Browse around, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
if it's a gaming rig what games do you play then?
sometimes i wonder why i come here... i have no idea what you people are talking about...
anyway... hello new members.
this is the greatest signature of all time.

What the hell is da kine??? I have been wondering that for the longest time.
Does it have to do with extreme sports???
www.dakine.com
its Pidgin... a messed up hawaiian/pacific islander version of the english language. "da" is well... "the". "kine" is harder to explain. if we can't remember the name of a location, for example, we simply call it "kine".
say you forget the name of the store down the street and you ask your friend to get you a taco there. we say "brah, can you get me a taco from da kine?"
or if we forgot someones name, etc. we replace it with kine. "dude, you know da kine? she was so drunk that night"
we say kine a lot. i try not to say it here on the mainland... gets people confused... haha

One Intel  machine running seti classic. 12 AMD machines running Boinc sharing between seti, einstein, and cpdn.Originally Posted by gamer007
