Hello- I'm a new member. I'm running E@H for the overclockers.com team. They're mostly into Seti and I'm glad for the opportunity to exchange information at AMD users about other DC projects. I'm running all AMD now and so this also makes this a good place for me to post.

Since you are dedicated to Einstein, maybe you can answer me something. Those beta applications that they have, that we have to install manually, are they any better than the regular ones? The Linux and MacOS ones speak of great speed improvements, but I don't think anyone here has tested them. I for one only have windows.

And hey, if you ever feel like trying out some other project that your team doesn't run, you can always run it for us. We got 30+ to choose from!

Hello all, I'm a new member to your SETI and SZTAKI teams, i'd i will be joining on predictor and Einstein as well. Me and my little 900 Mhtz Thunderbird have been hard at work, and will continue to be for some time.

NeoGen- I haven't tried any E@H Beta's. I'm just standard 4.79.

I'm looking to try the optimized Seti client on a Prescott once they get back into operation to see how the use of SSE3 improves results but that's the only experimentation for now.

I think you've done a great job here assembling the DC projects and if you have any suggestions for the Prescott here in AMD world I'd appreciate them. HT P4's have been so effective on Seti but AMD's FPU runs circles around them in Einstein. I just don't know where they fit in, in the other projects.

Hi outlawolf- Looks like we're in the class of Aug 2005.

How does your 900 Mhz Thunderbird overclock?

My first AMD was a 750 Mhz Duron that ran 1Ghz.

Welcome guys. There were lots of new crunchers found in the stats yesterday.

So...in light of that, I'm gonna introduce a new colour for new people in the stats. Maybe it will stay that colour for a week before reverting back to normal.

The leaders of each project receive the coveted yellow mark.

What colour should the newbies get??
