Workunits for September upcoming
During the last week we have imported more than 5.5 million new proteins into SIMAP. This was due to a major change in the structure of the NCBI RefSeq database, which is covered by SIMAP. The workunits for these many new protein sequences will be available from Sun, Sep 1. Due to the unusually many new proteins we expect about three months of continuous work for SIMAP.Best,Thomas
