    September 2013 competitions

It's September again, the 'r' is in the month and in the northern hemisphere people are warming up for next Winter Olympics -especially the Dutch, where the president of the skating union felt he had to go when his best athlete told the media that the president and his board of directors where a bunch of incompetent nincompoops. But we're not affected by such a display of hurt ego's: we are satisfied with letting our CPUs and GPUs speak. And what will they be talking about next month?

September 03 to September 10 - On halfway. Part 2
Remember February 2013? Astronomy.Ru Forum had organized a SAT challenge to accelerate the progress in "Pairs of orthogonal diagonal latin squares, order 10. Method 1", which had by then accomplished 50% and was thus halfway. 235 participants from 16 teams helped the project getting 5% further in their goal, bringing it at 65,33%. This challenge will push it even further.

September 18 to September 21 - Crunch with the best, or lunch with the rest ! [Season 1 - Episode 9-12 : Mid-Autumn Festival Crunch]
For this ninth edition : this month, it's the Moon which is in the spotlight ! The Mid-Autumn Festival is very popular in all Asian countries. September 19 2013 will be a holiday in many countries of the Rising Sun which will celebrate the Moon, good harvests and Gods. Feasts, moon cakes, lanterns and festivities in the program. It was necessary 3 days to celebrate that ! Happy Seti@Home Crunching and happy Mid-Autumn Festival to everyone !

Hadn't yet have enough Seti@Home crunching? This is the eleventh edition of the serie of challenges between teams [Twenty Four] issued by the french team "BRIGADE DU COSMOS". [Twenty Four] serie of challenges aims to celebrate an important day of the History or of the year. 24 hours of intense crunch tribute to this day ! For this Twenty Four 011, the Sun will be on the top, sheets will begin to fall, the air will be fresher. In brief, it's the autumn which appears ! Happy early autumn to everyone !

September 27 to September 28 - [Twenty Four 012] Google Day Crunch
Yet more Seti@Home: For this [Twenty Four 012], we pay tribute to one of the best internet search engines founded on 27 september 1998 by Larry Page & Sergueï Brin. What would our research without Google Chrome today ? Silicon Valley produces what is best in the field of Internet and Google is the proof. A turnover of 50 billion dollar across all its subsidiaries (YouTube, Gmail, Android, Google Earth ...). Long live to Google !

All bots Logiclabs and NerdlifeAMD pointed at SAT@ ive been down for about a week re networking the cold room ill say this credits on this project are not easy to come by! It may have something to to with credits being based on benchmarks or so ive read! also ive noticed in the event log the project is trying to fetch gpu work but has not revived any as of yet. also credits are stuck in pending for a long long long time compared to other projects. one last thing why is the sat@ project not labeled as in production mode if they are in fact sending out work that is productive........ See you guys and gals there. WORD NERDS!
