I saw this on the news yesterday and I knew there had to be some project associated to his software, I just didn't know which one, my best guess was Folding@Home but I see now I was wrong.

This is awesome news though, my congrats to Mr. Martin Karplus, all of his past and present team members, and of course Docking@Home for having picked CHARMM and put it out there in the world on their fantastic project.
