That link seems to be from a 2 year old thread on their forums, it seems at some point they were going to do the transition to a better forums and design (AMD Users V2) but it doesn't look like it went through because they're still "AMD Users Classic".
But it's a really nice logo design, and it is nice to know there are more AMD users than we know of. Now if only we could get them to crunch with us...

That one was 1 year ago.
I see posts up to the last AMD related post that was 2 months ago.
It seems that a small few post occasionally about AMD, but not very often.
They did crunch once. About 12 of them. Until 2011.
