Our member Dirk Broer has alerted me that he cannot see the article itself, comes up a message about lack of permissions for it...

I have alerted our admins to it, but in the meantime, Is anyone else having the same issue?

When we want to be serious about the SIMAP race we ought to react faster, as the WUs are already gone:
"The project has currently no work (see below). The similarity matrix of the SIMAP project is currently up to date. All workunits from the last calculation period are distributed, thanks to all users for chrunchig them. The calculation of new simap workunits containing the novel proteins from October 2010 (simap app) and their domains (hmmer app) will start around November 1st, 2010."

I managed to download a few of the WUs, which ought to be finished by the 16th, in time for the challenge (I hope)

I have 4 quads permanently attached with high resource share, so I should be able to pull a decent amount of wu's when they release them.

It's really good to see our Team steadily pulling out in the Top 10 in every challenge. (Except when there is no work to crunch like in the RCN challenge! )

But if we could just reach the Top 3 spots it would be wonderful... That way I would type in the challenge on the wiki and post it on the mainpage as one of our highest rankings!

How ironic, we just edged Team China out of third place in the Save the Testicle race!! Don't let off now guys, we have them on the run

Note: If anyone wants to help maintain third, the race is for the subproject Help Conquer Cancer only.

Yea.... the closer the holiday season is getting, the crazier things are getting at work (and home too)...

I have barely time and energy in the end of the day to come by the forums and post a few replies to the threads.

I hope you guys don't mind, but due to time and energy constraints, I'll skip this month and start mentally preparing for December.
