AP r2083 for ATI

There is an unannounced build r2083 of Astropulse on Mikes site http://mikesworldnet.de/produkte.html.

It is interesting because the CPU usage is way down. Raistmer gives his views here: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum...d.php?id=74329

I have been running it for a day with no issues.

I hope that the underlying method used for the decreased CPU usage drips down to the OpenCL GPU applications that manage to eat 0.80 or more of a CPU core! (Collatz, Albert, etc.)
