    Beal at Home BOINC project

    There is a new BOINC project - number theory called Bealathome
    Unable to get any tasks yet.

    Update:
    As usually happens with a new project as Founder I'm unable to get my password sent by email. Stupid system.

    Their website just went down.
    The download errors were inconsistent by OS and architecture - some on windows, some on linux, not on all machines, but consistently on the same machines.
    Detaching and adding the project again did not help.
    Hopefully they are fixing the download errors and will be back soon.

    After the site came back up, the download errors were still there for a bit, but they seem to be gone now after a few retries.
    7-10 hours for completion
    Validations are not immediate - there is a quorum
    There is some pending validation build-up.
    Credit is slightly on the up side based on initial calculations, given that credit seems to be set at 250 credits per work unit.

    BobCat13 has a good head start ... as usual
    Sometimes he gets up before the worms AND the early birds :P

    Yep, I managed a post under my alias and then got my real name working when my Founder's email came through to allow me to set my password. Crunching Beal@Home on several machines now.

    That will need more volunteers from our camp! So far SETI.USA's Ste\/e output outstrips our complete team and #2, Zombie67, is also from SETI.USA.
    I have 5 systems running Beal, the only thing left is to upgrade a CPU/Motherboard or two...
