Still under guarantee, but what could have caused it? No cooling water leakage, I hope?

Any news on the hardware front, Nflight? You're awfully quiet....

on the topic of Noctua, i'm really not a fan of Noctua's 120mm cpu cooler fans (has a bit of an annoying hum). their 140mm fan is SUBLIME, tho.

if anyone else is building, would probably recommend keeping an eye out for dropping Zen 2 prices. usually, Zen 3 isn't the same % faster as Zen 2 is cheaper. i got a 3700X for $240 a couple weeks ago and missed out on the drop to $220, followed by $200 for a couple days, but now it's back to $220

me, i'm looking to put a 5700G in my daily driver (currently a 2400G + Tesla K40 for gaming). hopefully it helps gaming ever so slightly til i can afford a modern GPU... but also good for video encoding when it finally cools down. and maybe APU's GPU BOINCing

Which 120mm Noctua are you referring to? You may not believe me, but when I choose "Case fan, Noctua, 120mm" I get 32 hits...

A more international approach to the 32 variants here, including voltage, rpm, noise, air displacement and air pressure data

You ought to be able to change the fan profile in the BIOS (quiet, performance, custom, etc.)
