I have been looking for the tweaks in DPAD.
I noticed that when threads = auto my machines still only use 1 thread.
So I set threads to 2 and I started getting 2 threads (intermittently - it only starts another thread when it needs to)
Setting threads to greater than 2 does nothing so I have left them all at 2.
Can't tell yet if faster or not.
There is an overhead for every additional thread.
Have to wait and see.
