Welcome to the forums!
I never ran Ubero, but I think that it's faster if you run it with IBM's java runtime. It's supposed to be faster than Sun's Java runtime.
I can't tell you that for sure, because I never ran that project. I'm sure someone that runs that project will answer your question soon.
