Just curious.
Why do those stats not line up with karsten's?
example - I am in section 3a on
http://www.rieselprime.org/nplb/NPLB_Scoring.htm
but not in the stats at all on that new page.
There is obviously a difference, so what is it?

Okay, I have pasted in the rpely to my question to Anonymous below regarding AMDave's question regarding the stats:
*******************
The stats at www.rieselprime.org are both for manual work, and LLRnet work (there are separate scoring tables for each). It's essentially the "centralized scoring" that you're looking for. However, it is only updated manually, and not very often at that because it's a lot of work for Karsten to keep all his pages updated.
The one at nplb.rieselprime.org is the live, automated stats, for Adam's port 300 server only. (The www.rieselprime.org LLRNet stats, by contrast, include all servers, past and present.) So, the nplb.rieselprime.org stats probably the ones you'll want to watch if what you're interested in is watching rankings and all that.
Sometime in the future we may have similar stats available for the port 5000 server (llrnet.ironbits.net), but until then, port 5000 is only included in the manually-updated www.rieselprime.org LLRnet stats.
Thanks Brucifer.![]()

Hey Bruce,
A 48 hour rally is about to begin....
Carlos
Same server. Added 5 cores to the fun...let's find some primes. Thank you.
It's a 48 hour rally this weekend from Friday May 23rd at 7 PM GMT to Sunday May 25th at 7 PM GMT.
NPLB LLRnet server #2 (updated 21.05.2008 18:00 GMT):
maintained by Adam Sutton (AES)
server = "nplb.rieselprime.org"
port = 300
k-range: 401 <= k <= 1001
n-range: 436K-445K
currently processing at n = ~440.7K
Stats: http://nplb.rieselprime.org/stats/stats.php?a=reset
Just to let you guys know one thing.
The stats from the other servers were imported to http://nplb.rieselprime.org/ so now the stats from there represent the stats from the beginning of the NPLB project, this means the real overall standings....
LLRnet server rally 400<k<1001 June 20-22
The rally will run for 48 hours, from 7 PM GMT on June 20th to 7 PM GMT June 22 (i.e. 2 PM CDT or 3 PM EDT).
The server info for all our 400<k<1001 range servers is as follows:
-------------------------------------------
server = "nplb.rieselprime.org"
port = 300
-------------
server = "llrnet.ironbits.net"
port = 400
-------------
server = "llrnet.ironbits.net"
port = 8500
(Note: you may want to stay off this server during the rally, as we are drying it out and thus will not be refilling it. If you plan to crunch on this server, be prepared to watch your client(s) so that you can move them to another server if it runs out of work.)
-------------
server = "nplb.dynip.telepac.pt"
port = 400
-------------------------------------------
More info in here.
Please help to dry the following server:
